PLATFORM USAGE RULES & REGULATIONS
Please read these Terms of Use carefully before accessing or using the KU-BIRA asset monitoring and financial data organization platform.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, accessing, or using the KU-BIRA website and dashboard tools, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Use, along with our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you must discontinue your use of our platform immediately.
These terms apply to all registered users, trial subscribers, and site visitors across all devices, analytical dashboards, and related web interfaces.
2. Description of Service
KU-BIRA provides digital software tools designed solely for manual asset aggregation, budget visualization, balance tracking, and personal financial record management. The service assists individuals in organizing their self-reported analytical metrics in a consolidated control panel.
Informational Purpose Notice: KU-BIRA is strictly an informational and organizational software utility. We do not provide financial, investment, legal, accounting, or tax advice. For additional clarity, review our Disclaimer.
We reserve the right to modify, enhance, or temporarily suspend aspects of the application interface to maintain technical standards and server security.
3. User Accounts & Security
To access the dashboard features, you must complete the user registration process. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete credentials during account registration and to maintain the confidentiality of your authentication details.
- You are solely responsible for all activities occurring under your registered profile.
- You must notify our administrative team immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
- Sharing credentials across multiple individuals is prohibited without designated multi-user access permissions.
KU-BIRA is not liable for any losses caused by unapproved usage of your credentials resulting from user negligence.
4. Data Ownership & Privacy
You retain full ownership of all custom financial ledger entries, balance records, and structural notes you import into your account workspace. KU-BIRA does not claim intellectual property over your personal quantitative inputs.
All data collection and encryption processes are governed strictly under our Privacy Policy. We maintain industry-standard protective protocols to prevent unauthorized interception of stored metrics.
5. Intellectual Property
The structural user interface, graphic assets, typography styles, backend computation logic, branding components, and codebases associated with KU-BIRA remain the exclusive property of the platform operators.
Users may not copy, reverse-engineer, decompile, resell, or distribute our proprietary analytical tools or interface blueprints without prior written consent.
6. System Availability & Limitations
While we strive for 99.9% uptime, KU-BIRA is delivered on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of uninterrupted service. Scheduled server updates, maintenance periods, or network disturbances may temporarily limit dashboard connectivity.
Under no circumstances will KU-BIRA or its contributors be held responsible for direct or indirect losses arising from software delays, technical inaccuracies, or temporary communication interruptions.
7. Termination of Service
You may close your account and delete your stored ledger sets at any time via your workspace settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach platform guidelines, attempt security breaches, or misuse software infrastructure.
Upon termination, your right to use the platform ends immediately, and your stored data will be handled in accordance with our deletion standards.
8. Governing Law & Contact
These terms are construed and enforced under applicable civil and commercial laws. Any disputes shall be addressed through formal administrative communication prior to formal arbitration.
If you have questions regarding these Terms of Use or wish to request further contractual information, please submit an inquiry to our support department.
